well looks like I was wrong, the following is a landsat photo from the day after and it shows drying trend, not a wetting trend. Question therefore remains how is the water getting in that pond - they did allude to pond repairs in a recent annoucnment - do they have an issue with that pond of water leaking in at high tide under the old creek beds? Interesting but there was no rain - only other option was they were doing a test in antipaction of filling to nmake sure valves to pond 1 worked.
